Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a voice process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Salary
Freshers: ₹18,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Update customer information in CRM systems.
Follow quality standards and process guidelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily productivity and performance targets.




Handle customer objections and concerns effectively.

Eligibility Criteria
12th pass, graduates, and freshers can apply.
Non-graduates with at least 1 year of customer service experience can apply.
Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in any one regional language – Kannada or Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work from office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
