HR Recruiter with Minimum 1 year of experience

Location: Vasai,Mumbai (5 days work from office)

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record management, and HR operations. This is a great prospect for students or recent graduates looking to launch a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate recruitment logistics.
Onboarding & Operations: Assist with new hire orientation, employee welcome kits, and document collection.
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee databases and digital personnel files.
Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building events, employee recognition initiatives,



and wellness programs.
HR Projects: Assist with general HR inquiries and special projects as needed.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools or ATS is a plus.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
