Key Responsibilities:
Receive customers and understand accident/body repair requirements.
Inspect damaged vehicles and identify denting, painting and repair requirements.
Prepare job cards and repair estimates accurately.
Explain repair requirements, estimated costs and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate with denting, painting, mechanical and workshop teams.
Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for accident/insurance claims.
Follow up on insurance approvals and additional repair approvals.
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Keep customers updated regarding repair status and delivery.
Conduct final inspection and coordinate vehicle delivery.
Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper job card,



estimate and insurance-related documentation.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Automobile Body Shop / Accident Repair / Collision Repair.
Knowledge of denting, painting and vehicle body repair processes.
Experience in insurance claim coordination will be an advantage.
Positive customer-handling and communication skills.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and meet delivery timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
