• Property & Operations Management: Manage daily operations across PG properties and ensure cleanliness, discipline, and service standards.
• Rent Collection & Records: Track rent collections, pending dues, and maintain records using Excel/registers.
• Maintenance & Vendor Coordination: Handle maintenance issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution.
• Resident Management: Address resident concerns and complaints while maintaining positive relationships and retention.
• Admissions & Business Growth: Handle inquiries, visits, conversions, and support occupancy growth initiatives.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
