Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
Support payroll and other HR-related administrative activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.




Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role preferred.
Freshers with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
