About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team across recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great start for someone who wants practical exposure to how HR works in a startup.

Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
Source and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Conduct telephonic screening rounds and share feedback with the team
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate data and HR records in our HRMS and Tele-CRM
Support onboarding of recent joiners and employee engagement activities
Assist with HR documentation and other tasks assigned by the HR team

Who Can Apply




Pursuing or recently completed a BBA/MBA (HR specialization preferred) or a related degree
Robust communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
Good with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus, but not required
