Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability of gear manufacturing machines.
Handle maintenance of CNC/VMC, hobbing, shaping, grinding, heat-treatment and other related equipment.
Monitor machine breakdowns, downtime and MTBF/MTTR.
Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Manage spare-parts planning, inventory and critical spares.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists and equipment history.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Lead and guide maintenance technicians and engineers.
Plan annual maintenance, shutdown activities and machine overhauling.
Control maintenance costs and improve machine efficiency.
Support continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
