WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
10 Years of Relevant Maintenance Experience
Solid experience in handling overall maintenance operations
Valuable knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
Ability to supervise and manage maintenance teams
Experience in handling contractors, vendors and service providers
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and monitor maintenance schedules
Valuable knowledge of equipment, systems and maintenance procedures
Strong coordination and communication skills
Professional, responsible and result-oriented approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and supervise overall maintenance activities
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance




Ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related issues
Supervise maintenance staff and allocate work effectively
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and service providers
Monitor equipment and facility maintenance requirements
Maintain proper maintenance records and documentation
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day maintenance operations
Identify recurring issues and take appropriate corrective actions
Provide regular updates on maintenance activities to management
