Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product details, designs, pricing, making charges, and other relevant information.
Handle sales enquiries and convert walk-in customers into sales.
Maintain proper display of jewellery products at the counter.
Assist customers with product selection based on their budget and preferences.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Handle customer follow-ups and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the purchase, billing, and branch teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery while dealing with customers.




Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery sales / retail sales.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamonds, and making charges will be an advantage.
Positive numerical and calculation skills.
Ability to work under sales targets.
Honest, responsible, and customer-focused.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
