Looking for a sales leader who can build markets, strengthen relationships and deliver results.
We are looking for an energetic, young (not more than 40yrs old) and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive the sales and market development of Polycab Wires & Cables in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achievement of targets.
Lead and motivate a team of 2–3 Sales Executives.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, OEMs and key customers.
Expand the dealer network and identify new business opportunities.
Drive regular market visits and customer engagement.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
Ensure effective follow-up on enquiries, orders and collections.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of relevant sales experience, in electrical / wires & cables / building materials.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Solid existing relationships with dealers, contractors and OEMs.
Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
