Location: Café – Meherchand Market

Cuisine: Continental | Cafe

What You’ll Do

· Prepare Continental breakfast and café dishes as per SOPs.

· Handle pasta, sandwiches, salads, starters, sauces, sides & plating.

· Ensure excellent taste, quality, presentation & portion control.

· Maintain mise en place and service readiness during busy hours.

· Follow food safety, hygiene, FIFO/FEFO & kitchen SOPs.

· Maintain a clean workstation and control food wastage.

· Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team.

We’re Looking For

· 3–4 years’ experience in Café / Continental cuisine.

· Solid experience in Continental breakfast and café operations.

· Valuable knowledge of Hot & Cold Kitchen.

· Passionate, disciplined, fast and team-oriented.
