Key Responsibilities

 Attend to leads generated through digital marketing, CP channels, and walk-ins.

 Conduct site presentations and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers.

 Handle client queries and guide them through the property buying process.

 Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert site visits into bookings.

 Coordinate with CRM and finance teams for booking documentation and payment tracking.

 Maintain detailed records of leads, site visits, and conversion status.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and booking numbers.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
