Job Summary

This role is accountable for managing complex network operations for large-scale LAN/WAN settings, driving continuous service improvement, and ensuring high standards in client service delivery. The individual provides expert leadership to operations teams, implements creative process enhancements, and ensures the achievement of operational SLAs and business objectives.

Skill Requirements

Other Requirements
Cisco Certified Network Qualified (CCNP) or Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS) certification required.
