Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, project/site accounts, billing, payments, financial records, and statutory compliance for Leo Multiservices’ industrial and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, ledgers and financial transactions.
Handle project-wise/site-wise accounting and expense tracking.
Prepare and verify client bills, contractor bills, purchase bills and payment statements.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, including follow-up for outstanding payments.
Reconcile bank, vendor, client and ledger accounts regularly.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, work orders and supporting documents.
Monitor project expenses, advances and material-related payments.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, HR and management for financial information.
Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements and project-wise financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, PT, PF/ESIC-related accounting records and coordinate statutory filings with consultants, as applicable.
Support month-end and year-end closing,



audits and financial documentation.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all accounting and project documents.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
4–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction/industrial projects.
Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and accounting systems.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS and construction/project accounting.
Solid analytical, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
