Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
Follow up with customers through calls and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and share customer requirements and feedback.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements
Positive communication skills.
Comfortable speaking on phone and handling customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers can also apply.
