About the Role

We are looking for Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, enhance patient experience, and ensure smooth functioning of our fertility center.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain service standards
Ensure smooth patient flow, appointments, and counselling coordination
Handle patient queries, issues, and service recovery
Supervise front desk, nursing, housekeeping, and support staff
Coordinate with doctors, embryology, and clinical teams
Manage inventories, consumables, and vendor coordination
Support billing checks, MIS reports, and documentation
Assist with center hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols
Support marketing and referral activities when needed

Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in healthcare operations (IVF preferred)




Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills
Patient-centric approach and ability to handle sensitive cases
