Key Responsibilities
Lead Tracking: Manage incoming leads, track site visits, and handle client follow-ups via CRM software.
Customer Onboarding: Handle post-booking documentation, allotment letters, demand notes, and payment collections.
Coordination: Align with Sales and Site teams to resolve client queries and ensure smooth property handovers.
Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and report weekly lead conversion status.
Requirements
Prior CRM experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (Sell.Do, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Excel.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
