Key Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media
Ideate post ideas, hooks, and monthly content themes
Assist in building and maintaining structured content calendars
Write basic captions, content notes, and creative briefs
Track trends and suggest culturally relevant, brand-aligned content ideas
Handle posting, scheduling, and platform hygiene
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand positioning
Ensure timelines are respected and content goes live without delays
Client Coordination
Communicate with clients for briefs, approvals, and feedback
Attend client calls and internal review meetings
Convert client requirements into transparent internal action points
Maintain timelines and ensure deliverables are met
Share basic updates, status reports, and progress summaries
Execution & Team Coordination
Work closely with design, video, and content teams
Maintain trackers and daily status updates
Follow up internally to keep projects on schedule
Ensure clarity between strategy, content, and design outputs

Who Should Apply
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, content, or digital agency roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and evolving digital content culture
Basic understanding of content planning and execution
Comfortable handling clients professionally
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency workplace
