Kudos Ayurveda is a growing Ayurveda and wellness company offering a range of Ayurvedic, personal care, healthcare and wellness products. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain our products, offers and services to customers.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.

Requirements




0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Details
6 Days Working
Weekly Off: Sunday
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Flexible Timing
Full-Time, Work from Office
