Job Purpose

To manage the complete Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and effective financial control.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Supervise preparation of books of accounts, ledgers, trial balance.
Monitor accounts payable, receivables, outstanding and bank reconciliation.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, budgets and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital and banking activities.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and government authorities.
Ensure proper inventory accounting, costing and financial controls.
Review and improve accounting systems, processes and internal controls.
Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.





Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
CA / CMA qualification will be an advantage.

Experience
Relevant experience.
Manufacturing/chemical industry experience preferred.
Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role is required.

Key Skills
Solid knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Taxation.
Good command of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.

Key Accountability

Timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash-flow management, audit coordination, and overall control of the Finance & Accounts function.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
