Logistics Executive for Logistics Industry

Location Mumbai

Salary - 3 Lakhs per annum

Experience 0–2 years

Experience in Data Entry, Back Office, Documentation, or Logistics Operations.

Perform accurate data entry and system/ERP updates for shipment and operational information.

Update shipment details, customer information, tracking details, and other required data.

Cross-check system entries with source documents and identify errors or missing information.

Verify shipment and document details to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain proper electronic records, documents, trackers, and spreadsheets.

Prepare basic MIS reports and reconcile system data with source documents.

Good typing and data-entry skills with working knowledge of MS Excel,



MS Office, and ERP/software systems.

Basic knowledge of logistics/shipment terminology will be an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, concentration, patience, and discipline.

Ability to manage repetitive tasks and large volumes of data with consistent accuracy.

Valuable time management, ownership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Freshers with positive computer skills and solid attention to detail can also be considered.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
