We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ERP entries, invoicing, GST/TDS compliance, receivables/payables and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle Purchase, Sales, Purchase Return and Sales Return entries.
Prepare and verify GST invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory working/supporting documents.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores and Management teams.
Maintain accurate records of raw material purchases, job work, production-related expenses and dispatch billing.
Support internal and statutory audits.

ERP & Software Experience – Required

Candidate should have practical working experience in:
ERP / Accounting ERP systems




Miracle Accounting / Miracle Office or similar accounting software
MS Office
MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas and reporting
Tally / Tally Prime knowledge will be an advantage
ERP-based Purchase, Sales, Inventory and Accounting modules

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Positive understanding of GST and TDS.
Good Excel and ERP skills.
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in manufacturing / engineering / automobile / forging / casting industries will be an added advantage, particularly candidates familiar with ERP-based inventory, purchase, production and accounting processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
