We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team with accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain general ledger and assist in month-end closing activities.
Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Verify expenses, purchase invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and outstanding amounts.
Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
Assist in audits and provide required financial documents.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.




Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Preferred Candidate
Hands-on experience with Tally and Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
