Position: Tamil Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and provide necessary information. Explain the company’s products and services to prospective customers. Handle customer enquiries and clarify their doubts. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication. Generate leads and convert enquiries into potential customers. Maintain daily call records and customer details. Schedule appointments and follow up on leads. Maintain a skilled and friendly relationship with customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Qualifications & Skills: Positive communication skills. Fluent in Tamil; basic English communication is preferred. Pleasant and confident telephone manner. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
