Qualification
Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
12th pass candidates with strong practical construction experience may also apply
B.Tech / B.E. Civil candidates are not eligible for this position

Key Requirements

The candidate must have strong practical, on-ground experience in building construction and should be able to independently manage day-to-day site activities.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD / civil drawings
Valuable knowledge of building structure and construction work
Experience in manpower handling and labour supervision
Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors and Head Office team
Strong practical knowledge of site execution
Knowledge of leveling and site levels
Ability to perform and verify layout work
Knowledge of both structural and finishing works
Positive understanding of painting and finishing work




Ability to monitor quality and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
Comfortable working at different construction sites

Mobility / Relocation Requirement

Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. executes government construction projects across Haryana.

The selected candidate must therefore be comfortable relocating or being transferred to different project sites as per company/project requirements, including locations such as Gurugram, Rewari, Nuh, Faridabad and other areas of Haryana.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on site foreman, not an office-based engineer. The candidate should have strong practical construction knowledge, be comfortable managing workers on-site, and be capable of coordinating execution with contractors, vendors and the Head Office team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
