Title: Academic Counselor

Department: Sales

Job Overview: Seeking a motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our agile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, attracting new clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on prospective student leads through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, campaigns, and other sources.
Provide personalized counselling and recommend suitable courses and programmes based on student requirements.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and conversion targets.
Identify opportunities to generate additional leads and improve student conversions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
