Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from multiple sources and address basic customer queries effectively.
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products or services based on their needs and budget.
Direct complex queries to the relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate branches or departments for further processing.
Create and manage client WhatsApp groups and provide timely project-related updates.
Ensure smooth communication with clients until project completion.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.




Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Manage email and social media communications related to updates, offers, and announcements.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare reports and summaries based on customer feedback and satisfaction data.
Support the team in identifying areas for service and performance improvement.
Schedule customer appointments and follow-ups based on client availability.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointments.
