· Maintain product, service, and hygiene standards.

· Manage staff, costs, and wastage.

· Handle customer issues and ensure compliance.

· Drive local store marketing and profitability.

As part of training, it is expected to learn baking and all aspects of Operations.

Qualification required:

Diploma in Craft course / Diploma in Hotel Management / B.Sc. Hotel Management / Any Degree

Experience required:

2 – 5 Years (from companies like KFC, Domino's Pizza, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Café Coffee Day etc)
