About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience who has hands-on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Generalist Role. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.




Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities.
Maintain accurate employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
Maintain employee master data and HR records.
Support full & final settlement and employee exit formalities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other employee-related reports.
Ensure timely completion of routine HR documentation and processes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR.
Robust hands-on knowledge of Talent Acquisition.
Good understanding of attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR operations.
Basic knowledge of PF & ESIC.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
