Interior Designer – Job Description

The candidate should be responsible for planning, designing, and executing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential, commercial, or office environments. Also should be comfortable working in a startup workplace, handling multiple responsibilities, and adapting to a rapid-paced work culture.

Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand requirements, budget, and design preferences
Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning
Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings
Select materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes
Prepare detailed working drawings and layouts
Coordinate with Sales and installation teams
Visit sites to ensure proper execution of design
Ensure projects are completed with good Csat and client experience

Required Skills




Strong knowledge of space planning and design principles
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.)
Good communication and client handling skills
Creativity and attention to detail
⁠should be able to upscale the products
Basic knowledge of materials, furniture, and lighting

Ability to work in a startup environment with flexibility and multitasking

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture/ civil

Relevant work experience (0–1+ years depending on role)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
