Voice Process Executive – D-Business Forum

Location: Egmore, Chennai

Department: Membership & Business Development

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective members and business owners.
Explain D-Business Forum membership perks, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Follow up with leads and interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Invite prospects to DBF meetings and events.
Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and membership conversion targets.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
Confident and positive attitude with valuable convincing skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, voice process, sales, or customer relationship management preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
