We are looking for a Founding Product & Technology Lead to build our technology platform from scratch (0→1).

You will own the product and technology roadmap and work directly with the Founder to build the complete B2B materials platform.

What you’ll build:
Buyer Portal – onboarding, RFQ, quotations, orders & payments
Supplier Portal – onboarding, catalogue, pricing & order management
Internal platform – procurement, sales, logistics, invoicing & operations
Admin dashboard, analytics, APIs & integrations
Future AI & price-intelligence capabilities

Responsibilities:
Own product architecture, technology stack and development.
Build the MVP and take it to a fully working production platform.
Lead/manage developers and external technology resources.
Convert business requirements into scalable products.




Ensure security, reliability and scalability from day one.

Ideal Candidate:
5–10 years in product engineering / SaaS / B2B platforms / marketplaces / fintech / e-commerce.
Solid full-stack development and system-design experience.
Experience building a product from 0→1 is highly preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra | Open to candidates from Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Delhi NCR willing to relocate.

Compensation: Competitive + Performance Incentives + ESOP chance.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
