Supervise and monitor the day-to-day field activities of Social Workers and field staff.
Coordinate with Social Workers, Ambulance Staff, Team Leaders, and District Teams.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, field visits, and daily work progress.
Coordinate with NGOs, hospitals, government departments, and local stakeholders.
Identify field-level issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation to the concerned team.
Coordinate and manage assigned district-level field activities.
Collect, verify, and maintain daily/weekly activity reports from field staff.
Maintain MIS, attendance records, and other field documentation.
Support manpower coordination, deployment, and day-to-day team management.
Preferance:-
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory in vehicle fleet maintenance, automobile service supervision, or transport operations.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
