About the Role
Coin Digital is a music distribution and digital media company. We are looking for a candidate with strong Excel skills, good English communication, and the ability to use AI tools to improve work efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, organize, and analyze company data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and records.
Identify data errors, trends, and discrepancies.
Support management with accurate reports and insights.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.
Use AI tools and platforms to automate and simplify routine tasks.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Reporting, or Operations.




Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Valuable written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Valuable knowledge of AI tools and platforms beyond ChatGPT.
Ability to use technology and AI to improve productivity.
Candidates from Patiala or nearby areas preferred.
