We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Assistant Security Officer (ASO) to support our security and manpower management operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate security personnel and manpower.
Monitor attendance, duty schedules, and deployment of staff.
Ensure employees follow company security rules and procedures.
Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and security staff.
Handle daily reports, incident reports, and attendance records.
Monitor workplace safety and security standards.
Address routine security issues and escalate responsible incidents to management.
Ensure proper discipline, punctuality, and performance of staff.
Assist management with recruitment, deployment, and manpower requirements.
Perform other duties related to security and manpower management as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Medavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
