About the Job & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking 6 diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Executives to join our operations team in Kolkata. In this role, you will manage, verify, and digitize critical import-export documentation, inventory catalogs, and shipment logs.
Maintain and update daily shipment logs, commercial invoices, and packing lists in company databases and MS Excel.
Verify supplier and buyer trade documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with export regulations.
Organize, index, and archive physical and electronic records for shipping, customs clearance, and audit trails.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to track real-time dispatch and container movement.




Perform periodic data audits to clean up duplicate entries and maintain strict database accuracy.

Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree / Graduation in any stream (Mandatory).
Experience Level: Fresher/ Experienced
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to work in office in Kolkata.
Rapid and accurate typing speed (Minimum 35 WPM) with minimal error rate.
Basic understanding of skilled English communication for filing and internal coordination.
