Position: Accountant – Cost Management & Financial Planning
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities
Tally Accounting: Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, purchase and sales entries, bank reconciliation, and financial records using Tally.
Cost Management: Monitor operating costs, analyse expenses, control budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
MIS & Data Preparation: Prepare accurate financial MIS, Excel reports, management statements, and periodic financial summaries.
Business Review: Analyse revenue, expenditure, profitability, cost variances, and overall business performance.
Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
Management Reporting: Prepare reports and actionable insights to support management review and business growth.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely preparation of reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification; M.Com,



MBA Finance, or CMA candidates preferred.
Robust practical knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
Positive understanding of cost accounting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data preparation.
Ability to prepare business performance reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Solid analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

A candidate who can go beyond routine accounting and contribute to cost control, financial analysis, business performance reviews, and financial planning.
