Job description:

We are hiring a CNC Operator with 1 to 5 years of experience in machine operation, setting, and basic programming.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines such as VMC, CNC Turning, and Milling machines for production and engineering components
Perform complete machine setup including tooling, fixtures, job setting, offsets, and alignment as per drawings
Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions
Execute CNC programs (G-code / M-code) and perform minor program editing, tool offset correction, and troubleshooting
Support engineering team in current job development, trial runs, and process improvements
Carry out first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges




Ensure components meet required tolerances and quality standards
Monitor machine performance, reduce downtime, and maintain productivity
Perform basic preventive maintenance and ensure proper machine cleaning
Follow safety procedures, PPE usage, and maintain 5S on the shop floor
Maintain production and inspection records as required

Qualifications & Skills:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
1–5 years of CNC operation, setting, and basic programming experience
