Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and student-focused Student Care Manager (SCM) to manage student communication, academic coordination, and day-to-day student support. The role involves maintaining regular communication with students and ensuring a smooth academic experience.

Key Responsibilities
Guide and support students throughout their course.
Handle student queries, concerns, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with students and faculty regarding classes, attendance, exams, and academic updates.
Monitor student engagement and address concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain student records, attendance details, and reports.
Coordinate academic activities and ensure proper follow-up.
Communicate professionally with students and parents when required.

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.




Positive MS Excel and computer knowledge.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Problem-solving ability and a positive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualification
Graduation required.
Post-Graduation (PG) preferred.
MSW, MCom, MBA, or related qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience
6 months – 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in student relations, counselling, administration, education, customer support, or coordination will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
