About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves handling online customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, assisting customers with product selection, and managing orders through social media and messaging platforms.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other online platforms
Respond to customers professionally and quickly
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements
Convert inquiries into successful sales
Follow up with potential customers and existing leads
Process and coordinate customer orders
Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide excellent support
Help promote products through social media and online channels
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales and customer records

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented and confident personality
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and social media




Ability to communicate with customers professionally
Previous experience in sales, e-commerce, retail or customer service is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply
Ability to work with sales targets and earn performance-based incentives
