Job Profile:
Handle day-to-day backend operations and team coordination
Provide regular support to the existing sales team
Coordinate with customers for documentation, follow-ups and policy-related requirements
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
Track leads, applications and pending cases
Coordinate with Insurance & Mutual Fund teams
Maintain customer records and MIS reports
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams
Assist the team in completing business processes smoothly

Candidate Profile:
Positive communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge
MS Office / Excel knowledge preferred
Responsible, organised and target-oriented
