Key Responsibilities and Duties
Team Leadership and Management:
Supervise and lead a team.
Schedule daily production and prioritize job orders.
Train recent personnel on operating procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and resolve.
Production and Process Control:
Monitor and optimize the Moulding process for efficiency and consistent quality.
Set up and adjust Moulding machines (if applicable) and equipment parameters.
Ensure all materials are correctly prepared, mixed, and utilized according to specifications.
Troubleshoot Moulding defects and implement immediate corrective actions.
Quality and Safety Compliance:
Inspect completed molds and cores to verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Enforce strict adherence to all Environmental Health and Safety.




Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments for the Moulding area.
Maintain detailed records of quality checks, production output, and scrap rates.
Maintenance and Improvement:
Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to schedule preventive maintenance.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance departmental productivity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work setting 5S or similar lean manufacturing principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
