SERVICE MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Location:Sewer road Indore

Experience: 2+ Years in Service / Technical Field

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities*

Manage and supervise the service/installation team.

Plan and schedule customer installations and service visits.

Hire, train and manage service technicians.

Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

Coordinate installation, maintenance and after-sales service.

Monitor service quality, technician performance and pending complaints.

Maintain daily service reports and customer feedback.

Coordinate with Sales, Production and Dispatch teams.

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service completion.
