We are looking for an experienced NPD Manager with robust experience in Plastic Injection Moulding and Recent Product Development. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing NPD projects from product concept and development through sampling, trials, quality approval and production handover.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Recent Product Development (NPD) projects for plastic injection moulded products.
Develop and improve plastic parts as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production and Quality teams.
Handle mould development, mould trials, sampling and product validation.
Ensure NPD products meet required quality, dimensional and functional specifications.
Identify and resolve quality issues during development and trials.
Prepare and maintain NPD-related documents, reports and approval records.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support cost optimization,



design improvement and process improvement.
Ensure smooth transfer of current products from development to regular production.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in New Product Development.
Must have experience in the Plastic Injection Moulding industry.
Experience in NPD Quality / Product Quality is required.
Good knowledge of plastic parts, injection moulding processes and mould development.
Strong understanding of drawings, dimensions, tolerances and product specifications.
Good coordination and project management skills.
Experience in handling multiple NPD projects independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
