Job Responsibilities
Manage daily JAWA service centre operations.
Supervise technicians and service advisors.
Monitor job cards, service quality, and timely vehicle delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor workshop productivity, spare parts, and service targets.
Maintain service records and submit reports to Management.
Requirements
Experience in two-wheeler service/workshop management.
Valuable technical, team-handling, and customer communication skills.
JAWA or premium two-wheeler experience preferred.
