Position: CASA Sales Officer (Field Sales)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Salary:

₹19,000 CTC

₹16,000 Take-Home

Performance Incentives up to ₹50,000/month

Location:

Posting at the nearest Axis Bank branch (subject to availability).

Job Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts (SA) and Current Accounts (CA).

Conduct field marketing and local customer visits to generate leads.

Promote and sell Axis Bank products such as Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Loans.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Cross-sell banking products to existing customers.

Complete all mandatory training and learning activities conducted by the bank.

Eligibility





Any Graduate

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Freshers are welcome

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for field sales roles.
