Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced candidates for our International Voice Process Only.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO) is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
Meet performance and productivity targets.
