Job Description

We are looking for a Product Implementation & QA Executive with 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, ERP/CRM implementation, QA testing, software support, or application support.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring software, managing client data, conducting functional testing, supporting product implementation, and coordinating with clients and developers for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and prepare implementation checklists.
Configure software as per client requirements.
Manage client master data and data migration/import.
Create users and configure roles/permissions.
Perform functional testing before go-live.
Conduct product demos and client training.
Handle first-level application support.
Identify, reproduce, and report software bugs to developers.




Maintain implementation and testing documentation.
Coordinate with clients, developers, and management.
Follow up on issues until successful resolution.

Qualification

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
