Make calls to existing customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding collection.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and payment commitments.
Make outbound calls to the existing customer database to identify current IT product requirements.
Promote products such as desktops, laptops, printers, networking products, accessories, etc.
Generate sales enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order closure.
Maintain customer call records, follow-ups and sales leads.
Positive verbal communication in English & Hindi with a professional approach.
Comfortable maintaining customer databases, payment records and sales reports IN EXCEL
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
