Job Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process/customer service role.
12th pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
Ability to handle international customers professionally and efficiently.

Compensation & Perks
CTC: ₹26,000 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Cab Facility: Available
5 working days per week

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
Resolve queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Meet process-specific quality and performance targets.
